Ergonomic principles will be taught.
Applying ergonomic principles to one's workstation will be covered.

In-Person Ergonomic Assessment & Hand Therapy
Suitable for those who need to treat upper extremity injuries (elbows through digits).
This is a one-on-one home visit to treat injuries in addition to the ergonomic assessment.
Customized treatments will be provided including Graston Technique, cupping, and kinesiotaping as indicated by symptoms.
Includes home exercise videos and patient education, such as precautions and orthotic recommendations.
Investment - $700, includes in-person ergonomic assessment and one 60-minute session of hand therapy. Subsequent hand therapist sessions are $200/60-minute session.
Limited to those in Orange County, CA.
Travel fee of $50 if over 25 miles away
